/follows Get a list of user info a specified account follows

Retrieve a list of user info that the specified Twitter account follows. Provide either the account’s handle or link as a query parameter. If order_by is empty, the results will be sorted by the following date of the account. Set order_by to “score”, the results will be sorted by the score of the account.
